Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication is a measure that ensures that all NextTrade Accounts are safeguarded. This enables a mandatory 6-Digit Code that you need to enter to access your account.

We offer the following methods that you can select to setup Two-Factor Authentication to access your NextTrade Account:

Two-Factor Authentication via Authenticator Application.

  • Go to the Settings tab.
  • Scroll down to Security.
  • Click on the toggle button to Enable 2FA via Authenticator App.
  • Scan the QR Code using the preferred Authenticator App on your device.
  • You can also manually enter the Authentication Code.
  • Enter the 6-Digit Code.
  • Click on the Submit option.

Two-Factor Authentication via Email.

  • Go to the Settings tab.
  • Scroll down to Security.
  • Click on the toggle button to Enable 2FA via Email.
  • Enter the 6-Digit Code sent to your Email Inbox.
  • Click on the Enable 2FA button.

Note: Once you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication you will receive a new 6-Digit Code every time try logging into your NextTrade Account.

Deactivating Two-Factor Authentication (App, and Email).

  • Go to the Settings tab.
  • Scroll down to Security.
  • Find your Authentication Method (Application, Email).
  • Click the toggle button to Disable 2FA.
  • Enter the 6-Digit Code (received via Application or Email).
  • Tap on Disable 2FA.
