You will receive an email with the login information needed to access such accounts after creating a Live Trading Account or a Demo Account.
The email address you provided when opening your account will receive this email. You can also check your Spam/Junk folder if you can’t find this email in your inbox.
- You can modify your Live account information in the NextTrade Back-office if you are still unable to locate this email there.
- You would have to start over when making an account if you couldn’t find the login information for a Demo account.
- You may request a new password if you have forgotten or misplaced your Live Trading account login information.
Using your Investor Password will not allow you to place any trades or make any amendments to your open positions as this enables access to a read-only interface to your live account only.
