To deposit via Bitcoin, log in to your account, go to the left-hand side task bar and click the Deposit Funds button to get started.  

Kindly note that you will need to complete the identity verification process before you deposit. Once you’ve done this, follow these steps: 

1. Click the Deposit Funds tab. 
2. Choose Bitcoin as a Deposit Type.  
3. Select a wallet. 
4. Type in the amount you wish to send. 
5. Click Redirect me to the Payments Page. 

After you have been redirected, go to your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet and send the funds to the Bitcoin (BTC) address that we will provide to you – the Bitcoin (BTC) address will be displayed.  

Once the transaction has been triggered on the blockchain, the status will change from Waiting Approval to Waiting Confirmation. Bitcoin (BTC) deposits need to be confirmed by blockchain validators 3-6 times for you to receive the funds. This can typically take 1-3 hours. If your transaction takes more time to process, please contact us. 

Please note: 

1. Only send Bitcoin (BTC) to the address displayed on the deposit page. 
2. Send to the exact Bitcoin (BTC) address displayed on the deposit page. 
3. Do not save any of the addresses we provide you with. A new Bitcoin (BTC) address is created each time you create a deposit notification.   
4. We DO NOT accept Bitcoin Cash (BCH).   
5. Check carefully before sending Bitcoin (BTC) as due to the digital currency protocols, transactions can neither be cancelled nor reversed once sent. 
6. Make sure you’ve done all steps correctly – transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed, changed, or canceled.
